FCE and SID - Registration & Process Filing (SID Numbers)

A commercial processor, when first engaging in the manufacture, processing, or packing of acidified foods (AF) or low-acid canned Foods (LACF) shall register and file with FDA information, including the name of the establishment, principal place of business, the location of each establishment in which that processing is carried on, the processing method, and a list of foods so processed in each establishment. A commercial processor engaged in the processing of AF shall provide FDA with information, on the scheduled processes for each acidified food in each container size. Manufacturers must submit documentation to the FDA for each process used in the production of goods subject to these requirements. These presentations are known as a "process of log file", and each is assigned a "submission ID unique number" (SID)

This register requires information from the entire process, i.e. The temperatures used, time, as water, oil, size of the vessel, as it ensures that the product to be sterilized. I also need data as the PH of the product, moisture, using process times, conservatives, are, one by one. Consistency of liquids, etc.  An electronic copy of the website I need to append to the log file. Technical information from the container, how is sterilized, photos and information on each of the devices, used frets, brands, kettles, etc.
